Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and React.js on the frontend
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following TCS engineering standards and best practices
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, accessible user interfaces
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support web and mobile applications
- Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and ensure code coverage above 80%
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to deploy and maintain applications in production
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely fixes with minimal downtime
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and proactively suggest improvements
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related engineering discipline
- 2024 or 2025 pass-out with minimum 60% aggregate marks throughout academics
- No active backlogs at the time of joining
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts
- Basic knowledge of at least one backend language: Java, Python, or Node.js
- Familiarity with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React.js preferred)
- Understanding of databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with version control systems (Git / GitHub)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
- AWS or Azure cloud certifications (even free-tier certifications)
- Internship or project experience in web development
- Contributions to open source projects
