By submitting your resume, profile information, portfolio, or any other content to FreshersJobs.in, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, process, display, and share that content solely for the purpose of operating our recruitment services and matching you with relevant employers.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit all content you provide, that your submissions are truthful and accurate, and that they do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any job listing will result in employment; (c) information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current; or (d) the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreshersJobs.in and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees) or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the State of Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to other users or our platform's integrity.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@freshersjobs.in. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use.
